Mostly SMEs, mid-market companies and growing startups, with some larger enterprises. Our ideal client: 10 to 500 employees, based in France or Belgium, with clear growth or cost-optimization goals.

It depends on the service, volume and complexity. As a benchmark: a dedicated call center agent costs 40 to 60% less than in France. A full website starts at €3,500. We provide a detailed quote within 24 hours of our first conversation.

We offer 3 formats: (1) One-off project (website, branding, campaign), (2) Monthly retainer (call center, marketing, dedicated teams), (3) Custom package for large accounts. No forced annual commitment: our clients stay because they're satisfied.

For retainers, we ask for a minimum 3-month commitment to properly deploy the team and reach the first results. Beyond that, it's monthly with 30 days' notice to terminate.

Yes. Tunisia is officially French-speaking and higher education is largely in French. All our agents have excellent French and English with neutral accents. You can listen to samples before signing.

Several layers: strict hiring (1 in 20 candidates selected), initial training (1 to 3 weeks), daily QA (call monitoring, reviews), real-time KPI tracking, and a dedicated account manager driving performance.

We are GDPR compliant. All our employees sign an NDA. We deploy secure processes (VPN, restricted access, encryption) and sign a DPA with every client.
